The scab phase!

I greatly underestimated just how miserable the itchiness would be in this phase, but it was getting me closer to "normal," so I did my best not to complain.

My first night out of the hospital was not kind to my heart. I could feel every foot of distance between Jay's hospital room and mine across the street on the 14th floor of the Campus Tower Suites Hotel. I cried all through the night, just waiting for the sun to rise so the dark of night could no longer haunt me.

However, I can testify that it is true: Joy does come in the morning. All was well once my mom opened my bedroom door to say good morning. Peace stepped in. Joy, for waking up another day, filled my heart.

This day took an unexpected turn, so you better head to THINGS THAT MATTER podcast and give Day 10 a listen.

My temporary home. It wasn't long before I had the place covered in scripture and pictures.

How can we pray for you?

We were surrounded by thousands, in the body of Christ, praying without ceasing on our behalf. Prayer is one of the most powerful weapons a believer has. It plays a great role in how The Lord moves on this earth. We would love to now intercede and partner with you in prayer.

Send us your prayer request so we can stand in bold faith with you.
